Synopsis
In pursuit of the cosmic criminal (genius scientist) Jigu, Qinglong, captain of the Galactic Garrison, relentlessly pursues him. However, during a battle with Jigu, he falls into a trap and inadvertently ends up on Earth.
On Earth, Qinglong befriends a kind and righteous young boy named Tianyi. Unexpectedly, Jigu also follows them to Earth, and upon discovering its adbundant biodiversity, decides to modify Earth's creatures to create his own army.
